A majority of the brain is finished growing at a very early age in life(although shaping of the brain continues throughout our lives). It is now believed that the earlier a child is given mental health assistance, he or she is given a more likely chance to remain healthy. Although conventional methods for therapy are not effective for infants, play therapy for toddlers can be a useful tool. Some parents who start even younger than that are given opportunities to assist in their child’s health before birth! The most important exercises include a safe, stress-free  environment before birth and a loving and nurturing home afterwards, along with many other nurturing qualities as well. All of these are helpful for a happy and healthy lifestyle!
